Very satisfied with Drain-Force. Juan, Jorge, Christian and the rest of the crew. They replaced / lined all drains to the city sewer. Repaired stucco, concrete, filled in holes...left my place better than when they arrived. All were punctual, polite and professional. Juan and Jorge were transparent in all steps of the repair process. They kept water shut off to a minimum. Cost? I'm not sure what reasonable is, but I know I couldn't do what they did. Hey, it's plumbing. I don't think I will need to snake another drain in my house for the rest of my days. If I do have any other plumbing issues, they will be my first call.

We did not plan on a major project so soon, but they walked us through the damage they found and gave us the options they could provide. I felt they were very transparent about the work needed and that the pricing was reasonable.

Juan and his team at Drain Force did an excellent job at replacing the sewer line from my house to the street. The house was built in 1946, and it had its original clay pipe sewer lateral. This line had become so clogged with roots that it was barely passible by sewage. Juan is very experienced and was able to answer all of my questions about the job (I am an engineer and had many technical questions). His crew was clean and hard working. Due to our house and yard being on a downward slope when it rains the backyard turns into a swamp. We decided to dig out a French well and drain on our own. Eventually, we found it was more of a job than we thought. So, after interviewing 7-8 different landscape companies the last one was Juan. Juan and his crew at Drain Force plumbing hydro-jetted out my main line, which had been giving me problems with roots for years. They used a camera and took the time to show me the roots, before, during, and after the process. They were clean, had new equipment, and were in and out in no time. Their price was much more reasonable than the last guy I used. Afterward, he noted that I had no cleanout in front of my house that would have made the job easier and allowed a larger jetter or snake in to the large 6" line out to the street, and offered to install one for a very reasonable price. It was a big job digging down about 6 feet to the pipe, but they did it all in only 1 1/2 days. You should have seen the huge roots they found and cut away, and the clay pipe they removed with the roots in in the joint. They even gave me a credit towards the price of the amount of the hydro-jetting, plus a four year guarantee, which is great because I was having a problem at least every year before. When they were done they did a nice job cleaning up. He and his crew were very courteous and professional, and showed up and finished on time. I highly recommend them.

Juan and his men are neat, professional and hard working. They have very modern equipment and know how to use it. We had other plumbers try to clear our root-clogged yard drains and all gave up. Then, on the day they returned to do the work, the clear all the roots and dirt from the entire system in a few hours. These guys are amazing. I have used them for commercial and residential plumbing needs and they are fabulous. Juan has been WONDERFUL to work with. He is always on time and prepared for any job. We had a significant blockage in the sewer at a house we just purchased that needed immediate attention. Juan was there first thing on a Sunday morning to take care of it and had the whole house up and running within an hour. We opted for a scope just so we knew what we were dealing with and to establish a baseline and we received an explanation about what we were seeing on the screen to really understand what we were looking at.
